Tele-Consultations, Tele-Conferences and Courses

Appointment bookings for  office or Tele-consultations will be confirmed by phone or email.

Notice of cancellation must be given 48 hours prior to the confirmed appointment time by phone or email. Scheduled consultations not cancelled within the prescribed period will be charged in full. Consultations cancelled due to emergencies will be rescheduled but not refunded.

There is no refund on Tele-Conferences and Courses after the Deadline Date.
